Terms and Conditions
By using this website, you agree to the following terms:
1. This site is owned and operated by ALMA Hospitality, registered at King Abdullah Road, Al Rahmaniyah District, Riyadh 12343, Saudi Arabia, including its branches and affiliates.
2. All design elements, logos, images, and content on this site are owned or licensed by ALMA Hotel Riyadh and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
3. ALMA Hotel Riyadh makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of website content (e.g., data, specifications, offers), but does not guarantee completeness or accuracy.
4. This website may include links to third-party websites. ALMA Hotel Riyadh is not responsible for the content on those sites. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
5. If you choose to contact us via unprotected means (e.g., unsecured email), you do so at your own risk.

Cancellation and Refund Policy – ALMA Hotel Riyadh
1. Cancellation Before Check-in:
- Full refund if canceled more than 24 hours before arrival for Best Flexible Rate Plans only. Non-refundable Rate Plans can’t be cancelled.
- For bookings made via third-party websites (e.g., Booking, Agoda, Expedia), cancellations must be made through those platforms.
2. Same-Day Cancellations:
- 100% of the first night is charged after 06:00 PM on the arrival date for Best Flexible Rates Plans.
- Any remaining amount for long stays will be refunded.
3. No-Show:
- Full booking amount is charged if no cancellation is made.
Reservation Modifications:
Guest can change their travel plans as many as they wish based on the best available rate at the time of modification.
4. Refund Procedure:
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days from cancellation date.
- Refunds are made using the original payment method.
- For third-party bookings, refunds are processed by the booking site.
- Bank fees or other charges are borne by the customer.
- Refunds are made to the same bank account unless supporting documents are provided for a different account.
